Tideborne Empires

Tideborne Empires is a patient game. You manage port cities, plot trade routes across a stylised map, and negotiate with rival fleets. It's the kind of thing you check in on through the day rather than binge.

What we liked is how readable the systems are. Profit, risk and reputation all feed into each other without burying you in spreadsheets, and the map presentation is clean on a phone screen.

The pacing won't suit everyone, and conflicts resolve a touch too tidily. But for a thinking game you can play in short bursts, it's a solid, calm pick.
