About
Ridge Arcade started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots of games we were playing on the train. At some point we figured the notes were worth sharing properly, so we turned them into a site.,We focus on racing and arcade titles, but we never say no to a good RPG or a clever strategy game if it runs well on a phone. The idea is simple: play the thing, give it real time, then describe how it feels instead of listing features off a store page.,Every game we cover gets installed and played by someone on the team, usually for a few days. We care about the small stuff — how responsive the controls are, whether the menus get in the way, how the game treats your battery and your patience.,Nobody pays us to write a review, and we don't pretend a game is great when it isn't. If something frustrates us, we'll say so, and if a free game is secretly a delight, we'll shout about it.
